Sports Therapy

Do you struggle with headaches, back pain, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, or knee problems? These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles. ART and Massage therapy can help with these problems and many other conditions so that they can be resolved quickly and permanently.

After an injury or surgery, utilizing Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) can effectively help with posture, muscle balance, structural abnormality and put the fundamental movement back into the injury site. Additionally, it provides feedback for the effectiveness of an exercise program, which targets impaired movements.
